The Plantry didn't start as a business. It started as a question: why did we stop trusting the plants?
I grew up surrounded by Jamaican herbal wisdom — the kind passed down without fanfare, in kitchens and gardens and market stalls. Cerasee for fever. Moringa for strength. Soursop leaf for sleep. These weren't alternative remedies. They were just how things worked.
Somewhere along the way, that knowledge got buried under convenience. Under products that promised quick fixes but couldn't tell you where the ingredients came from or why they worked.
The Plantry is my answer to that. A return to what has always worked — but built for how we live now. Products made from plants I can trace. Food that heals as it nourishes. Rituals that slow you down long enough to actually feel the difference. And a community of people who believe the body knows more than we give it credit for.
I'm a trained chef, a student of herbalism, and a retreat host. But more than any title, I'm someone who has felt the difference that plants make — in my own body, in my family, and in the women and men who have gone through Fast With Food™ or joined us at REST 2 REBEL in Jamaica.
This is not another wellness brand. This is the home of Jamaican plant wisdom. And I'm so glad you found it.
