Within Jamaica — free delivery islandwide
- Kingston: free door-to-door delivery.
- All other parishes: free shipping via Knutsford Express. Collect your order at the Knutsford Express location nearest you — we'll let you know when it's ready.
- Packaged goods typically arrive within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Juices, fresh food & celebration cakes: please order at least 48 hours ahead for fresh items and 5 days ahead for celebration cakes. Perishable orders must be collected or received on the day of delivery; we can't be responsible for spoilage after delivery or arrival at Knutsford Express.
International — we ship worldwide with DHL
Only non-perishable items ship internationally: jewelry, skincare, body care and merchandise. Juices, fresh food and cakes are available in Jamaica only.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (handmade pieces may need a little longer).
- Estimated DHL delivery after dispatch: United States & Canada 3–6 business days; United Kingdom & Europe 4–8 business days; Caribbean 3–6 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- A DHL tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
- Customs & duties: international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees charged by their country.
Sending a gift to someone in Jamaica?
Order from anywhere in the world and enter a Jamaican delivery address at checkout. Add a gift note and we'll include it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email hello@theplantryja.com and we'll follow up with DHL or Knutsford Express for you.
